Community chapters are open to local community members who wish to join the Systemic Reform Movement. Local Chapters meet at public locations within your community: corporations, churches, colleges, community centers, and restaurants.

Start a Local Chapter

1. Complete the Board Member and Local Chapter President Application
2. Find at least 6 to 12 people over the age of 18 who want to join.
3. Designate and secure a meeting location.
4. Fill out and submit the New Chapter Forms 
   (A link to the online form will be sent to the Local Chapter President upon approval)
5. Review How to Build a Local Chapter, a step-by-step guide to managing and growing a successful chapter.
6. Attend a live-online training session.

Chapter Locations

1. Chapters are established for each voting district
2. Each voting district is connected to a City, State, and a Country
3. Voting Districts elect community, city and state representatives
4. Elected representatives are responsible for:

• Initiatives planning and oversight
• Information distribution, feedback, and response
• Fundraising for district level initiatives and System Core Development

• Chapters may request dues to cover initiative expenses and for a representative stipend
• All dues should be paid to the Local Chapter Name and mailed to:
